A complete copy of these rules can be obtained at the offices of radio station WWWQ-FM/All the Hits Q100, owned and operated by Susquehanna Radio Corp., a wholly owed subsidiary of Cumulus Media Partners LLC (the "Station"), 780 Johnson Ferry Rd., 5^th Floor, Atlanta, GA 30342, during normal business hours Monday through Friday or by sending a self-addressed, stamped envelope to the above address.

1. No purchase is necessary. Void where prohibited.

2.Contest is open only to legal U.S. residents who are of legal age 18 at the time of entry.

3. All contests are open to the general public except for employees, agents, representatives, or affiliates of the Station and its affiliates, participating doctors and cosmetic and laser specialists (collectively, the "Specialists"), participating sponsors, their respective employees, immediate families, and household members.

4. An individual may win an on-going contest only once per six-month period unless otherwise specifically stated.An individual may win other seasonal or one-time contests only once for the duration of the contest.

5. The contest will begin on November 12, 2007 and will run through Wednesday, December 12, 2007.

6. Listeners can enter the "Pick Your Plastic" contest on-line by directing their browser to www.allthehitsq100.com and (i) submitting their name, age, the time they listen to Q100, and the phone number they can be reached at during that time; (ii) selecting up to five (5) procedures that they would like to receive from the list of procedures, (iii) explaining why they would like to receive the specific procedure(s), and (iv) reviewing and checking "I Agree" to the waiver and release form.

7. Each weekday during the period from November 26, 2007 through December 12, 2007, the Station will review the submissions and determine, in its sole and exclusive discretion, which applicants shall be selected as qualified to receive certain Prize (as defined below in Section 9).Qualifiers will be chosen based on numerous factors including but not limited to, the entrant's entry form, desired procedures, and medical approval. The Station reserves the right to award as many Prizes to each individual qualifier as its sees fit in its sole and exclusive discretion. Prize qualifiers will be notified by telephone of the Prize for which they have been selected to receive.All Prize qualifiers shall be required to review and sign an Affidavit and Assumption of Risk and Liability Release Agreement, releasing the Station from any and all claims related to the contest or the use or non-use of any Prize received, before being eligible to receive a Prize.All Prize qualifiers are subject to Specialist medical approval before receiving their Prize or Prizes.If a Prize qualifier is subsequently determined to be ineligible to receive a Prize as determined by the Station and/or the applicable Specialist in their sole and exclusive discretion, the qualifier may be offered another non-surgical procedure of equal or comparable value as a substitute prize.If the qualifier rejects the substitute prize, no other alternate or substitute prize will be offered and neither Station nor the Specialist shall have any further obligation to the qualifier.All decisions of the Station and/or the Specialists are final.Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be used by anyone other than the Prize qualifier, nor can Prizes be exchanged or redeemed for cash.

8. If it is later determined by the Station and/or a Specialist, for any reason in their sole and exclusive discretion, that the Prize qualifier is not eligible to receive the Prize, another entrant may be qualified for the Prize, and this process will continue on until such time as an eligible qualifier for the Prize is found.In the unlikely event that no eligible qualifier is found to meet the Prize specifications, then the Prize will go un-awarded. In the event of a tie, the winner will be determined by the Station and/or the Specialist in their sole and exclusive discretion.

9. Several prizes will be awarded, and each prize consists of a cosmetic or surgical procedure (hereinafter, "Prize").The Station reserves the right to award as many Prizes to each individual qualifier as its sees fit in its sole and exclusive discretion.Prizes include, but are not be limited to:

• Botox treatment for six (6) areas.May be awarded to 2-6 qualifiers.Valued up to $2,500.
• Three (3) syringes of Juvederm, a dermal filler for wrinkles.May be awarded to 1-3 qualifiers Valued up to $2,000.
• Package of Lipodissolve for three (3) areas.May be awarded to 1-3 qualifiers.Valued up to $6,000.
• Package of Mesotherapy for two (2) areas.May be awarded given to 1-2 qualifiers. Valued up to $6,000.
• Three (3) syringes of Radiesse, a dermal filler for deep wrinkles and folds.May be awarded to 1-3 qualifiers.Valued up to $3,000.
• Two (2) consultations for anti-aging/hormone replacement therapy, weight management, and the first month of supplies.Each consultation valued at $3,000.
• Three (3) packages, each containing five (5) treatments, of IPL photo-rejuvenation with micro-dermabrasion facial with ultra sound infusion of special serums, face/neck, and décolleté. Each package valued at $3,000.
• One (1) "Day at the Spa" package including one (1) back treatment, one (1) customized facial treatment, and one (1) make-up lesion by Beth Anne Holcomb. Valued up to $3,000.
• Laser hair removal for one (1) area.May be awarded to 1-3 qualifiers.Each prize valued at $2,000.
• Acne treatment with Blu-U treatment package.May be awarded 4 qualifiers.Each treatment valued up to $400.
• Skin tightening with age spot removal.May be awarded 3 qualifiers.Each treatment valued up to $5,000.
• Chemical peel. May be awarded 3 qualifiers.Each treatment valued up to $200.
• Tattoo removal. May be awarded to 3 qualifiers.Each treatment valued up to $1,500.
• Smooth peel skin resurfacing treatment.May be awarded 2 qualifiers.Each treatments valued up to $600.

• Consultation sufficient for breast lift procedure (mastopexy).Valued at $6,000.
• Consultation sufficient for body contouring (ultrasonic and suction-assisted Lipocontouring). Suitable candidates must be near ideal weight for height (Basal Metabolic Index=20, e.g., female 65" tall, ideal weight 120-125 lbs.) Valued at $5,500.
• Consultation sufficient for upper/lower lid blepharoplasty (upper lid skin redundancy and lower lid bags or ectropion).Wrinkles (eyelids) are best treated with laser skin tightening.Valued at $5,000.
• Consultation for facial rejuvenation, mid-face, lower facelift (with/without endoscopic browlift) suitable for non-smokers with jowels or neck redundancy. Valued at $9,000.
• Consultation suitable for chin or cheek augmentation.Suitable candidates should have reasonably normal dental occlusion and oral hygiene.Valued at $3,200.
• Consultation suitable for male breast hypertrophy reduction (gynecornastia).If a minor, they must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.Valued at $5,500.
• Consultation suitable for rhinoplasty.Valued at $7,500.
• Birthmark removal. Valued up to $500.
• Wild Card – Listener decides what procedure they want the doctor to perform, subject to doctor approval and the Station.Value to be determined.

10. The Station is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information entered by website users, and assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to the Station's website.

11. All State, Local, Federal and or other taxes, duties, tariffs, title fees, licensing fees, or other fees for prizes awarded become the sole responsibility of the winner.All those who win a prize or prizes valued $600 or more will be issued an IRS Form 1099 to report their winnings.

12. All prizes are awarded "as is."Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be used by anyone other than the Prize qualifier, nor can Prizes be exchanged or redeemed for cash.

13. The Station and its subsidiaries, affiliates, members, directors, officers, employees, agents or representatives shall not be responsible for the failure of participating Specialists or sponsors to deliver the prizes or any part thereof as described herein.

14. All entrants, qualifiers, and Prize winners agree that the Station and its subsidiaries, affiliates, members, directors, officers, employees, agents and representatives shall have no liability for any injury, misfortune, or damage to either persons or property incurred by entering, participating in, qualifying, winning, or losing any contest and/or by the use, non-use or misuse of any Prize received in connection with this contest.

15. All prizes must be claimed in person at the Station at the address identified above during regular business hours and within ten (10) business days of winning, excluding holidays.After such time, ownership of said prize reverts back to the Station to be disposed of at its discretion.The Prize qualifier then loses all claims and rights to said prize.
16. Proper identification must be presented by any Prize qualifier to claim a Prize.As a condition to receiving the Prize, any qualifier must complete and sign an Affidavit and Assumption of Risk and Liability Release Agreement releasing the Station and its subsidiaries, affiliates, members, directors, officers, and employees from all liability in connection with winner's participation in the contest, acceptance, and use or non-use of the prize.
17. All entry blanks, forms, devices, and materials gathered during the course of entry, as well as all information contained on or within, shall become the sole property of the Station to be used, disposed of or destroyed in its sole discretion.
18. All entrants, qualifiers and winners (each a "Participant") agree to give the Station and its licensees, affiliates, successors, and assigns the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use, re-use, broadcast, or publish Participant's name, city of residence, photo, video tape, film or any other likeness, including portraits and pictures, in whole or in part, as part of a composite, retouched or distorted in character or form, and Participant's voice, recorded or live, for any reason the Station deems necessary without compensation,unless prohibited by law.All Participants release, discharge, and agree to save harmless the Station and its subsidiaries, affiliates, members, directors, officers, employees, agents and representatives from any and all claims they may have against the Station in connection with the taking, production, or the use of Participant's name, city of residence, any photo, video tape, film or any other likeness, including portraits and pictures, in whole or in part, as part of a composite, retouched, or distorted in character or form and without restrictions as to any changes, transformations or alterations, and including Participant's voice, recorded or live.All Participants further acknowledge that the Station owns or will own exclusively any photographs of such Participants used for such purposes, including the copyrights in them, regardless of the form in which they have been or may be produced and used, and all Participants assign all such ownership rights to the Station.
19. The Station reserves the right to end an contest at any time without any advanced notice to the public.Odds of winning are based on the number entries received.
20. The Station reserves the right to limit the number of times an individual may enter a contest or drawing.
21. The Station reserves the right to change these rules or other elements of the contest at any time.All such changes will be posted on the Station's website and available at the Station.
22. The Station reserves the right to require contestants to be present at drawings in order to win their prize.
23. Violations of any of these rules or attempts to win any contest by fraud, deception, or cheating shall be grounds for the Station to disqualify any individual from participating in all current and future contests and events at the sole discretion of the Station, as well as forfeiture of any prize or prizes won by fraudulent means.
24. A winners list may be obtained after December 17^th, 2007, by sending a self-addressed stamped envelope to the following address:
