Q: OK, I have Flash, Windows Media Player and my pop-up block is off but something's wrong. I need some help. What can I do?
A:Write the All The Hits Q100 Streaming Help desk and tell them what's going on. If you are getting an error of some sort copy/paste that into the email or type it exactly as it appears. Also let them know what you did prior to the error, like the last button you clicked, etc. We also have additional detailed information in our streaming host provider's Listening FAQ.
